To ensure quality School Improvement Plans (SIP), the district hosts trainings and peer review sessions for SIP teams.  The school improvement representatives for Sweetwater County School District #1 is Jodie Garner, Chief Academic Officer and Cassie Lewis, Curriculum and Assessment Specialist.
