Sweetwater County School District #1's Preferred Provider Network is UnitedHealthcare Options PPO. Beginning January 1, 2023, Sweetwater County School District #1 is partnering with Deer Oaks EAP Services LLC to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  The EAP is a free and confidential service provided for you, your dependents, and household members, offering a wide variety of counseling, referral, and consultation services.    

Deer Oaks EAP Services can provide tools, referrals, and additional assistance for:  

• 8 confidential short-term counseling visits
• Childcare and Eldercare resources with referrals
• Financial and legal issues
• Free Interactive online simple will
• Retiree Assistance
• Moving Resources/Checklist
• ID Recovery
• Credit Report
• Reimbursed Ride (Cab, Uber, RideShare, Lyft)
